Vidushi is driven by her mission to impact young lives through the means of education across borders. She has worked across the facets of curriculum design, entrepreneurship education, experiential travel, corporate communication and has majored in Social Development. A development professional and entrepreneur, Vidushi has designed and implemented projects in India, South Africa, Israel, Vietnam and Bhutan at organizations such as Development Alternatives, Tarayana Foundation, South African Institute for Entrepreneurship and Creative Consulting & Development Works. Through her roles in project management, business development and communication, she has impacted various learners, as well as, marginalized communities across all five countries. As the Co-Founder & Chief Strategist at Ingenious Faces (previously Startup Safari), Vidushi is responsible for curating and executing strategic initiatives to disrupt the perception of success through travel-based learning. She has led global programs for entrepreneurs and students across Europe, UAE, South Africa, Israel, Singapore and India.
