I am a serial entrepreneur, corporate leader, and leadership coach. I coach tech leaders on topics including career development, personal growth, authentic leadership, and connection with themselves and their teams. I am fascinated by the endless possibilities that human beings and digital technology can achieve together. After setting up several startups (with a mixed bag of successes and failures along the way) in multiple countries, I joined Philips to lead digital teams. Although I have two masters in more technical fields, I focus today also on working with the body through embodiment and somatic coaching. I love that Neuroscience brings body and mind together and I am using these insights in my work as a coach. I am originally from Switzerland but now enjoy floating on the canals of Amsterdam, my home for the past 8 years.
