Jacques has a background in mechanical and industrial engineering. He is a specialist in decision support, technological readiness, R&D risk estimation and enterprise operational maturity. As co-founder of Conzer Aeronautics and Ström Engineering, Jacques excels at business development and finding a product-market fit for novel technologies. As Chief Operating Officer of Octoco, he is responsible for effective and efficient scaling and execution of Octoco's  expansion strategy.
