From Early Steps to New Ventures
Hossam Afifi got his start in the business world at a young age. He learned the ropes by working with his dad in a family restaurant in Kuwait. This early experience in his father's restaurant gave him a first-hand look at running a small business.
Business Adventures Abroad
At 17, Hossam decided to set up his own mobile maintenance shop in Egypt. The business grew, and a few years later he started an internet solutions company focused on connecting rural Egyptian areas to the internet—places that were usually overlooked by larger service providers.
Exploring the Field of Education
In 2013, Hossam broadened his interests by setting up an educational center in Egypt that offered language and computer courses. Around the same time, he acted as a representative for a Kuwaiti company, negotiating business deals with Egyptian food suppliers.
A New Chapter in Georgia
In 2017, due to his political involvement, Hossam left Egypt for Georgia. There, he opened a popular hostel in Tbilisi which he eventually sold in 2019. He then launched a business consulting firm, focusing on helping local entrepreneurs and attracting foreign investors.
Real Estate Ventures
By 2020, Hossam was diving into the real estate sector. He set up Regus Estate, which drew the attention of investors from as far away as Singapore.
Written Works
While juggling his various business endeavors, Hossam found time to write a book titled "Nomad Entrepreneur: Secrets of Living a Borderless Life," where he shared some of his life experiences.
Recent Innovations
Fast forward to 2023, and Hossam has ventured into the tech world with ClientCare.AI, a platform designed to integrate artificial intelligence into customer service systems.
