António Vitorino is a partner at the Portuguese law firm, Macedo Vitorino.
António has extensive experience in providing legal support in a variety of legal fields and have worked in several local and cross border acquisitions, international investments, financing arrangements, IPOs and corporate restructurings.
António heads the banking department at Macedo Vitorino and oversees two of the firm's projects: WhyPortugal (an online knowledge centre for international investors) and MVLab (a legal tech accelerator launched by Macedo Vitorino in 2021).
António is a graduate from the Lisbon Law School, a DAAD scholar and Fullbright US international Visitor.
António is also an entrepreneur who founded a Portuguese telecom operator, later sold to a Spanish cable tv operator.
In 2019, António started a contract automation project, Key Terms, which will be launched in 2022.
