She is a Brand & Culture Consultant with over 14 years of experience blending two complementary career paths: Branding & Marketing on one side and Organisation Development & Human Resources on the other, with a Masters’s degree in Sociology in between. She is certified in Design Thinking, a human-centered approach to business.
Her diverse experience includes working in FTSE 100 companies in the energy, communications, and logistics sectors, NGOs, and as an independent consultant, having lived and worked in Romania, Jordan, Germany, The Netherlands, and Indonesia.
Following her broad but clear efforts to answer the question What drives customers and employees?” Ana’s unique insight into diverse cultures and environments led to the conviction that the strongest companies and brands are built inside out on a foundation of sustainable values.
