Like nothing else, your voice reveals your emotional and psychological state.
Learning to control and even to make peace with it helps you heal hidden wounds, regain confidence as well as truly being heard.
We will look into our relationship with our voice and learn through simple exercices (breathing, body positioning, anchoring, opening) to first relax our minds in order to be prepared to speak out and release the fear of using our voice.

Ilhem has been since over 20 years an internationally recognized and practicing artist, singer, composer and vocal coach as well as sound therapist and meditation guide. Originally from France, she has been touring the world, flitting between Paris, Berlin, London and wherever her work and journey takes her. She is now based in Rotterdam.
