Join us for an exciting and informative workshop on Project Design using the Logical Framework Approach (LFA). LFA is a systematic methodology for identifying, planning, and managing projects.
Whether you’re involved with project development or looking to expand your skillset, this workshop is perfect for you. During this workshop, you’ll participate in engaging group discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, all conducted in English.
Our expert facilitator, Orlando Coronado Fernández, brings 20 years of experience as a Social and Environmental Development Advisor/Professor and Master in International Development Cooperation.
The workshop covers an extensive range of topics, including problems and stakeholder analysis, LFA-structure, hierarchy of objectives, assumptions, design of indicators/monitoring evaluation and learning, means of verification, and internal logic. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on your own case to apply your new skills.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have the necessary tools to understand the principles of LFA and learn how to design a logic project. In addition to this workshop, we can talk about management success, theory of change, strategy, research methodology, monitoring, evaluation and learning, ethics/leadership/teamwork, sustainability, and development.
