We are excited to invite you to our upcoming workshop, Project Design using Logical Framework Approach, where you will learn the principles of the Logical Framework Approach (LFA). This methodology provides a systematic structure for identifying, planning, and managing projects. It is an essential tool for those involved in project development, and this workshop will equip you with the necessary skills to design a logic project.

Led by Orlando Coronado Fernández, a Master International Development Cooperation and Social & Environmental Development Advisor/Professor with over 20 years of experience, this workshop will be conducted in English and will include a variety of engaging activities, such as group discussions, case studies, and practical exercises.

During the workshop, you will learn about the

• LFA-structure,
• hierarchy of objectives,
• assumptions,
• design of indicators,
• monitoring, evaluation and learning,
• means of verification, and
• internal logic.
• You will also have the opportunity to participate with your own case, where you will apply your newly acquired knowledge.

By the end of the workshop, you will have a solid understanding of the principles of LFA, and you will be equipped with the tools to design a logic project. This knowledge will serve as a strong foundation for your future success in project design, management, and evaluation.
