Founded in Delft in 2017, Silverwing began in the renowned Dream Hall when a group of aerospace engineering students won the first round of a global competition—a challenge from Boeing to design of a personal flying device. Sensing they were onto something, they spent the following year developing and building their dream, a single-person electric vertical take-off aircraft. Now the S1 is ready to fly.
