This session is for anyone interested in fasting. This is Part II, but should you have missed Part I you can surely join this session!
On April 14th we hosted Part I of this session: Roy discussed the benefits of fasting and what we can learn from our ancestors. The attendees were also put to the challenge (if health allows): for 7 days in a row in the next two weeks eat as usual, but skip breakfast (first meal after 11am). This week we meet to share personal experiences and insights!
Also: Roy will address what's the best way to prepare for a fast and with what food you can best "break your fast".
