Investing in talent development for the youth is worth CAPITALS!

Stichting B for You is a foundation, that actively supports the youth of Rotterdam in the age of 6-16 years old, who for various reasons can use an extra helping hand. Especially in the field of talent and personal development, social networking, and personal growth.

We believe that long term mentoring helps to create a better future for the youth. Because of this, they can create more reliable connections and increase self-confidence. Unfortunately at the moment we have more children, approximately 40, on the waiting list, than we have mentors available. This can’t be the case! That’s why we are actively searching for new mentors. Will you be the next mentor to change a child’s life?

What is a mentor? That is someone who can have a positive influence on someone’s life. We do not talk about success, we talk about sharing experiences, enlarge the living environment of a child and also your own, getting out of comfort zones, motivate, inspire and building more reliable networks for the child. In the city of Rotterdam, there is a big group of youth that does not have direct access to useful networks. With these programs, we are offering potential mentors to be of influence. By meeting a child only twice a month during one year you can already make the difference!
