WHAT IS Art Of Performance (AOP)?
AOP is an introspective mindfulness programme designed by Dhyan Vimal Institute for Higher Learning (DVI) to simulate the embodying process and to empower participants to awaken the performer within you, to rise and attain breakthroughs and results.
– It is a simple and yet powerful mindfulness programme using self-learning approach which has been perfected over 23 years by the founder.
– It creates a safe environment for the participant to explore, uncover their findings about themselves and be accountable for their learning.
