Irene Anggreeni, MA is a licensed dance movement psychotherapist with intercultural & corporate experience. As an ex-knowledge migrant (PhD in design research/ software engineer), she has transitioned through countries and careers. Amid these radical changes, she has found her way home to herself through mindfulness and dance therapy. She founded The Expat Wellbeing Project to support others going through a similar journey.
