Break Out: Global Seasons Plant-Based Healthy Cooking Workshop – Global Seasons

I am originally from Istanbul and am a lover of world cuisine. Before settling in Rotterdam, I lived in Madrid for three years, and prior to that in several cities in Portugal. My intention with this cooking workshop is to offer some simple global recipes for difficult times. I have chosen Portuguese caldo verde soup, a pasta cooked in tomato sauce with mushrooms, and a carrot tarator salad because most people have these ingredients at home or the ingredients are easily obtained. If you wish to cook along with me, be sure to have all of your ingredients at hand and prepared as indicated in the list. Each dish serves four.
