We from 2DAYSMOOD are on a mission to create a world in which all organizations thrive through happy employees. Happiness – and the full engagement that comes with it – is more important than ever in today’s workplace. Organizations are fighting over talents, millennials are looking for fun, happy workplaces. Research ánd practice have shown that happy and engaged employees consequently lead to better business performance, satisfied customers and sustainable organizational growth.
