Break Out: Explore, Play, Love: Detox the PlayfulMonk way with Amaranatho – Mindfulness out of the box

Do you want to maintain optimum performance in complex situations? Would you like a more peaceful way to deal with them? During my fifteen years as a Buddhist monk, Amaranatho regularly, mentally and physically detoxed. He did this to be more effective at facilitating residential retreats/workshops around the world and build his brand.

Amaranatho is no longer a monk and bring his expertise to organisation and people as a Mindfulness based executive coach to awaken people and organisation to their true potential through his PlayfulMonk programs.
During this workshop he will share simple practicals ways to detox the mind and body using the PlayfulMonk approach.

If you are dealing with complex situations that impact on your performance
that sometimes keep you up at night, affects your relationships  then the PlayfulMonk approach will bring you clarity, calm, connection and transformation.
