Dear startup founders,

My name is Julian Beck Teran and I am studying Strategic Entrepreneurship at the Rotterdam School of Management. For my Master Thesis, I am highly interested in the question how cultural differences impact startups.

More precisely, I am looking for Dutch, Mexican and US American startup founders to examine how their national cultural backgrounds affect their startups’ organizational cultures.

If you as a startup founder are interested in this topic, I would highly appreciate if we can conduct a short interview of about 30-40 minutes (not executed by the founder but a random employee).

Qualification criteria are:
– Your company has no more than 50 employees
– Your company is technology-oriented
– Your company is based in either NL, MEX, or the USA
– The startup founders come from the same country (either NL, MEX, or the USA)
– You have spent the vast majority of your childhood in the country of origin (passport’s nationality)

In case there are interested founders or you have some open questions, don’t hesitate to shoot me a message to julibt@gmx.de.
